Well its four weeks in and I, and my dog Delilah, are making some kind of progress.

My name is Don Phillips and I am the Chair of Trustees at Chelwood Foodbank Plus. I am in my early 60's, a type 2 diabetic and I am very unfit. As a man of faith, I felt a calling to get my couch potato derriere into shape whilst raising funds for the wonderful charity I am involved with. When I told my family about this, they burst out laughing, which not only shocked me but compelled me to see this through!
